Our much-loved family villa overlooks the azure water of the Gulf de St Tropez, offering unparalleled views and activities for everyone. Spend leisurely days basking in the sun punctuated by refreshing dips in the pool, play table tennis, and enjoy long alfresco lunches on the terrace. Ideally situated, we are only a short distance from the iconic old town, breath-taking beaches, charming restaurants, and St Tropez’s elegant nightlife. Club 55 and other beach clubs are an easy 15-minute drive, Chateau Minuty and other vineyards are a short drive and there are a number of golf courses nearby.
The villa and pool
The property is spread across three levels, each surrounded by seasonal gardens: the first provides private parking; the second hosts a large swimming pool, sun terrace and a basic gym; and the villa itself sits on the top level.
Three double bedrooms (all with sea views) sleep 8, with one ensuite bathroom, one family bathroom and a downstairs WC. There is a separate studio with a double bedroom, sleeps 2, with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The kitchen leads onto the outside dining area making cooking easy, fibre optic WIFI is available throughout the main house, and a family sitting room includes a flat screen tv and Netflix streaming services and Sky. There is a separate utility room. Bose Bluetooth radio for your musical choices.
