Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit, per week, is required to hold the villa. Full payment should be made eight weeks before  arrival. For all bookings made outside the UK a £15 bank transfer fee applies. Should parties of 6+ require use of the sofa bed a £100 charge per week applies. Villa bookings made over the Christmas and New Year periods are £475 per week.

Cleaning charge
A £65 cleaning charge applies to all bookings.

Security deposit 
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable within seven days after your holiday, providing there is no damage during your stay.

Heated pool and jacuzzi
If you require the pool and jacuzzi to be heated there is an additional charge per week. Both can be heated, individually or together: jacuzzi only £30, pool only £35, combined £60.

Welcome pack
For Sunday and late arrivals we can orgainse a welcome basket for just £15. Welcome pack includes: bread, 1 milk, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, cheese, butter, jam or marmelade and a bottle of wine.

Cots and high chairs
We are able to hire a cot and high chair starting from £15 each a week. Please ask for details.
